JOB DETAIL

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/year-end accounting closing, tax filing, investment and dividend-related accounting, and preparation of financial reports for audit and HQ.
- Works closely with internal business divisions, auditors, and the Revenue Department.
- Record investment and dividend transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting entries include monitoring accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations/inputs or directs correcting entries.
- Coordinate monthly closing process and reconcile GL accounts, Trial Balance checking, revenue code review and allowance summary.
- Prepare FOREX unrealized gain/loss calculation report and the supporting information for Financial Consolidation report (Actual & Plan report, Dividend list, Service Breakdown etc.)
- Coordinate with external auditors for financial, internal auditors for operational audits, and revenue officers for tax audits.
- Provide advice and full support to Business Div. as well as coordinate with other departments and other divisions as necessary to solve any issues arising from existing or new business.
- Prepare working paper for audited Financial Statements.
- Prepare data for Transfer Pricing documentation to support accounting firm and data for submitting the disclosure form to Revenue Dept.
- Filing Corporate Income Tax (PND50), Interim Tax (PND51) and submitting the financial statement to Department of Business Development (DBD).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree accounting field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in accounting field and MUST have proven experience in *corporate income TAX filing.
- Proven knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, WHT, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Proven experience of coordinating with internal/external auditor and tax authorities.
- Intermediate level of English. (If have TOEIC score will be an advantage).
- Required proficiency in SAP or ERP.
