JOB DETAIL
- Prepare and manage accounting documents including invoices, tax invoices, receipts, billing notes, and payment records.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Support the sales department by preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and billing documents for customers; gather and submit relevant documentation to the supervisor for monthly voucher processing.
- Plan and coordinate billing and payment collection from customers, including cheque handling and vehicle/driver reservations.
- Act as a liaison between accounting, sales, and support departments to ensure all required documentation and processes are completed before issuing invoices.
- Verify and confirm new customer and vendor information, including billing policies, payment terms, and bank transfer details, and report to the supervisor.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator or Admin.
- English is Lower-Intermediate Level.
- Have coordination skills and know how to store documents
- Have a good attitude towards Admin work and enjoy working with documents.
- Be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be meticulous, honest, solve immediate problems well, and are responsible
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
