JOB DETAIL
Learning & Development:
- Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through thorough assessments.
- Program Design & Delivery: Create and deliver effective learning programs, including training sessions, workshops, leadership, and talent programs.
- Training Operations: Manage logistics for training, such as scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and tracking participants.
- Talent Management: Contribute to initiatives for talent identification, development, and succession planning.
- Leadership Development: Support programs that develop future leaders within the organization.
- Performance Management Support: Assist managers and employees in performance processes, including development plans and reviews.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
Business Partnering:
- HR Operations Support: Assist with onboarding, employee data management, and policy interpretation.
- Manpower Planning Support: Work with business leaders on forecasting staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Consulting & Support: Provide advisory support to business leaders on people management and HR best practices.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a
related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with experience in business partnering preferred.
3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
4. Experience in designing and delivering a variety of learning programs.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
