JOB DETAIL

1.) Lead and manage the sales team in Southern or Eastern Thailand to achieve annual regional sales targets and grow market share
2.) Visit key customers and agricultural supply stores across the region to promote and sell the company’s products, including fertilizers, agrochemicals, plant nutrients, and related agricultural solutions
3.) Identify and build relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders in the agricultural industry within the region
4.) Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and product development
5.) Train, mentor, and supervise regional sales representatives to ensure strong performance and team growth
6.) Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns and product launches within the region
7.) Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management
8.) Manage regional sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field
2.) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agricultural product sales (e.g., fertilizers, agrochemicals, plant hormones), with at least 1-2 years in a sales team leadership or managerial role
3.) Proven experience managing annual sales revenue of at least 100 million Baht
4.) Must have a strong network with at least 50 Grade A agricultural retailers
5.) Experience managing a sales team of more than 10 staff members
6.) Strong understanding of the agricultural markets in both Southern and Eastern Thailand, with established relationships among local dealers and farming communities
7.) Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions
8.) Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
9.) Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive (company vehicle provided)
10.) Immediate availability is a plus
