【Main Duty】
・Expand the market for the company's brands and gain market share as a Technical Service & Market Development Engineer.
・Identify the issue/requirement at customer correctly
・Understand accurate root cause of technical issues through lab analysis
・Resolve technical issues during production/trial through technical service
・Accelerate the development of customers with technical data/simulation/advice

・High Performance Plastic Resins（Own Brand）

【Job Description】
・Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and challenges, and provide technical services.
・Conduct analysis of resin and packaging material samples and compile accurate data.
・Support customers' product development and production improvement using technical data and analysis results.
・Manage and maintain laboratory facilities, and oversee the inventory of consumable items.
・Enhance laboratory capabilities by introducing new analytical techniques and methods while adhering to safety regulations.
・Investigate market trends and identify promising markets for the company's products.
・Promote products not only to direct customers but also across the entire value chain, including brand owners, retailers, and industry associations.
・Work on developing new applications beyond food packaging and automotive uses.
・Make presentations and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry associations.
・Investigate and resolve technical issues occurring at customers, and promote new development projects.

Report to Senior Marketing Development
WFH 2 times / per week

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor or Master degree in chemical fields
・More than 3 years of R&D or technical expertise in the plastics industry
・Knowledge of plastics and chemical materials
・Analysis skill using equipment for plastic or chemicals
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 700 UP）
・Word/Excel/Power Point and other MS office skill
