JOB DETAIL
The position essentially involves supporting customers on a technical level focusing on field services, repairs, maintenance and provide technical support to customers with our medical equipment
- Plan and execute on-site services (installations, repairs, fault finding and other services)
- Provide troubleshooting, training, technical support and other services to customer via phone or remotely
- Day-to-day management of service facility and maintaining a proactive service culture
- Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.

- Creating the revenue from service package offering
- Achieve the revenue target
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Educated in electrical/electronic engineering, technology, computer science or similar
- Over 5 years working experience in repairing medical equipment
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is an advantage
- PC Computer software and hardware literate/Windows Application experience
- People skills / Communication Skills
- Good command in English
