– Align with management’s vision, policies, and goals for effective planning.
– Plan, manage, and oversee operations to meet goals within budget, quality, and timeline.
– Supervise production and installation, coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
– Hold meetings to resolve issues and ensure all parties are satisfied.
– Prepare and manage resources (equipment, tools, vehicles) as per project requirements.
– Adjust designs based on customer needs using various design software.
– Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and contractors.
– Control all expenses within the approved budget.
– Visit sites to ensure installation aligns with design and project goals.
– Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior design, Event Management or related
- 5 years’ experience in Booth production, installation, construction work in exhibition or job relevant
- Computer use (Word/ Excel/ Internet etc.) and design programs (Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Familiarity with a variety of building materials
- Excellent command of English
- Communication and project management skills
- Meticulous detail
- Ability to solve immediate problems
- Have a good personality and good human relations
