JOB DETAIL

• Control the quality of copper wire production to meet the defined quality standards.
• Manage and prepare quality documentation for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Follow up on and assess customer complaints (Customer Claims), conduct investigations, analyze root causes, and report findings.
• Oversee the product quality assurance process and monitor results to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support quality-related activities such as QCC, 5S, Kaizen, and internal training.
• Work closely with the production, engineering, and warehouse departments to control the quality of copper wire in accordance with specifications.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical prefer )
• At least 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA or quality systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the copper wire or metal industry is a plus
• Able to communicate in English
