JOB DETAIL

-QA department target to ensure all customers’ satisfaction, target quality claim is zero
-Responsible for the co-ordination of prompt complaints resolution, handling internal / external quality audits, corrective actions, preventive actions, and providing reports on the Quality Management System (QMS)
-Check and approve corrective and preventive action for product's problem with the concerned managers, to ensure that problem shall be corrected and prevented effectively
-Lead the team for customer complaints/suppliers, and internal quality issue analysis and drive the 7 QC tools reports
-Give recommendations to all subordinates related to Quality System, Product Quality concerned with customers' applications, so that the subordinate shall understand and operate quality work effectively
-Manages the factory quality department (supervisors, leaders, operators), with the objective of training and leading the complete department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor or master degree in engineering, or higher
-Minimum 5 years in quality environment with manager experience in a company with ISO9001
-Good acknowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001
-Knowledge of metallurgy will be an advantage
-Integrity and honesty
-Quality system, QC tools, Measuring instruments
-Problem solving and decision making
-Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
-Excellent communication and instruction skills
