Special test management
- Organize and manage special test request from R&D, Validation and concerning team in Thailand and France.
- Manage testing plan and assignment test on sample receiving to QC and Laboratory for physical and function al tests of sample.
- Manage testing time plan and capacity of testing to achieve special test completion on plan
- Control and maintain Physical and functional testing and inspection, for example needle attachment control, tensile strength control etc.
- Issue special test report
- Monthly meeting to update time plan with all concerning team
Statistical process control (SPC) management
- Statistic control analysis and monitoring from the system (ENACT)
- Control limit alert analysis and issue notification report in case of abnormality
- Manage weekly meeting and monthly report of SPC with concerning team
- Manage nonconformity in case of abnormal detect from SPC monitoring
- Lead organization to promote SPC analysis to Production and Quality including concerning teams.
- Support data analysis and testing data for root cause investigation of NC and customer complaint.
QC test method validation management
- Validation of test method for physical and functional test and validation of measuring
equipment or machine concerned by coordination with QC Assistant Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in QC or QA function,
- Able to use computer (excel, word, power point
- Have good knowledge of ISO 13485,ISO17025 (plus skill)
- Good command in English.
