JOB DETAIL

• Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of molds and experience with metal and plastic parts (5 years or more)
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
• Experience in CAD 2D/3D (at least one of the following three: blower, external parts, or control box)
• Leadership experience
• Experience in designing the structure of multi air systems (VRF outdoor units) for buildings
• Experience in designing indoor units (duct, cassette
• Experience in designing refrigeration circuits for air conditioners
• Experience in managing a department or team as a leader

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Logical thinking and business communication skills
o (e.g., organize discussions, discuss own opinions, summarize using concise phrases and diagrams)
• Management develops schedules and personnel (human resources and training plans)
• Positive thinking and willingness to learn new knowledge
• Work experience in a product development group (air conditioners, etc.)
o e.g., experience in project management and instructing subordinates, think task allocation as a team leader.
• Experience of Design review of the development
• Knowledge of manufacturing and cost management.
• Experience of Chassis designing, e.g. plastic or sheet metal parts (5 years or more)
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
• Experience in CAD 2D/3D design
• Experience of design for large air conditioner for buildings (VRF)
• Experience of design indoor units (duct, ceiling cassette)
• Experience of design the refrigeration cycle of an air conditioner
