JOB DETAIL
-Business Development: Travel to assigned markets 3-4 times a year, manage sales targets for agri-tools, and develop market-specific products through in-house production or outsourcing.
-Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure order processing, timely deliveries, third-party inspections, and on-time payment collection.
-Trade Fairs: Participate in international trade fairs in Germany, Mexico, China, etc.
-Sales Promotion: Educate customers and potential consumers on product advantages while supporting social media promotions.
-Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 5-6 years of experience in international sales, particularly in the South American and Caribbean markets.
-Fluency in English and Spanish is required
-Strong understanding of global business development strategies and market expansion.
-Proven ability to negotiate effectively with international clients and business partners.
-Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
-Capable of adjusting to diverse business environments and cultural differences in various markets.
