JOB DETAIL

-Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely and efficient output.
-Monitor and evaluate production performance to meet quality and safety standards.
-Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management.
-Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance.
-Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male, age 38-45 years.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Polymer Engineering or related field.
-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, especially in automotive industry.
-At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
-At least 3 years of experience with non-woven products and applications is required.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure working conditions.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of English and computer literacy.
-Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
