1.Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment at Bangkok Port with privilege concerned such as Bis19,
BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone and etc.
2.Quotation control (Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customer/overseas agent/headquater)
3.Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues
4.Effectively communicate with various cross team members in an effort to problem solve
and provide our customers with a high level satisfaction.
5.Direct Customer Service with new and current customers.
6.Accomplish other job related duties as assigned from Manager/Director/MD.
7.Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service
8.Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy
9.Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct
10.Cost & Expenses control in team
11.Consider the necessity of equipments, materials and tools to support the operation team
12.Check safety rules and work procedure for safety work in work place
13.Analysis causes of accident, provide the corrective action and approve accident report
14.Propose solution report to customer and mangement
15.Giving an advise to customer for special export packing securing & design.
16.Cross border / In translit service control
17.Direct report to Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in management and logistics related fields.
- Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & customs formality)
- Experience on negotiating of suppliers related logistics, and issuing quotation to clients.
- Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office).
- Willing to work at odd hours, on weekends and holidays.
- Readiness to travel upcountry.
- Working experience in machine installation and over-sized cargo handling are advantage.
- Must have own car.
