JOB DETAIL

■Objective
Serves as a communication link between customers, the sales team, and the factory to maintain good customer satisfaction. This role also contributes to enhancing the company’s reputation in the market.

■Detail
・Take care of inquiries and complaints from Domestic clients.
・Coordinate with oversea suppliers (Japan, China) for delivery process to meet the timeline and for
troubleshooting as well.
・Manage stock, inbound outbound, delivery status in excel file and company system.
・Receives and processes the customer orders from clients, then key PO information in the system
・Other customer service and sales support tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・1+ year experience as customer support oir sales coordinator, oversea purchase, import/export staff etc
・English Intermediate level （For coordination Tasks）

■Better to have
・Experience in Cosmetic, Medical Device or FDA field
・Ever work at trading company
・Ever work at Japanese company
