Fund Selection & AMC Partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with AMCs to negotiate fund distribution agreements.
• Select and manage mutual fund products that align with Yuanta’s investment strategies.
• Coordinate with AMCs for marketing budget support and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and fund performance to adjust selection strategies.

Marketing & Product Promotion
• Work with AMCs to design and execute marketing campaigns for mutual funds.
• Secure co-marketing budgets to increase fund visibility and investor awareness.
• Develop promotional programs and investor education initiatives.
• Collaborate with the securities brokerage team to drive mutual fund promotion.

Collaboration with Stakeholders & Investment Advisory Teams
• Act as a liaison between AMCs and Yuanta’s brokerage team for effective fund distribution.
• Provide fund insights, product training, and marketing support to the Investment Consultant team.
• Strengthen internal and external partnerships to increase fund adoption.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure fund selection and distribution comply with SEC regulations.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with fund partnerships.

Performance Tracking & Analysis
• Monitor and analyze fund sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Report fund performance, marketing effectiveness, and partner engagement to senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in investment product management, AMC partnerships, or financial product distribution.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in fund marketing, distribution strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Good Command of English
