JOB DETAIL

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate and process routine orders with the factory
• Identify, pitch to, and secure new potential customers to achieve sales targets
• Prepare and submit post-visit sales reports regularly
• Build and lead a sales team as the business scales
• Attend product training (1–2 months) before full deployment
• Work closely with Sales Support for order processing

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales in management level for related products
• Background in Barcode Ribbon, Label, Packaging, or Paper is a plus
• Proven success in managing and growing distributor/dealer networks
• Own a car and a valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills (able to introduce oneself, describe work functions)
• Suitable for candidates who are eager to work in a startup environment with the stability and support of an established international headquarters
