Strategic Business Development:
• Define business strategies and sales approaches to expand the retail investment market.
• Develop business models supporting a diverse range of investment products (stocks, DW, block trade, mutual funds, bonds, derivatives, private funds, wealth solutions).
• Expand sales channels and digital platforms while enhancing investment consulting teams.

Sales & Customer Service Management
• Manage and develop investment consultants (ICs) and marketing officers to deliver high-quality financial guidance.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Integrate digital technology and AI tools to enhance customer experience.

Investment Product Expansion & Innovation
• Collaborate with product development and research teams to design investment solutions.
• Build platforms and tools to support investment activities and financial advisory services.
• Develop marketing campaigns for investment products.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Market Growth
• Implement CRM systems and engagement strategies to boost customer retention.
• Analyze customer behavior and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
• Offer personalized investment solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

Risk Management & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with internal and external regulatory agencies to maintain industry standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the securities business, sales team management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of traditional & alternative investment products.
• Strategic management & leadership skills for overseeing large-scale retail operations.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, capital markets, and financial technology.
• Relevant Licenses: Single License, Derivatives License, or IC License.
• English: Upper Intermediate (Advance)
