At a hair-colour salon, they are looking for Marketing Manager/Director, who can fully be in charge of their marketing activities.

- Plan marketing communications and continuously improve customer awareness.
- Analyze consumer behavior, understand needs, purchasing behavior, and satisfaction, and use this information for strategic planning, including campaigns.
- Plan relationship building with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Develop budget plans and manage operations while keeping costs within the budget.
- Improve brand awareness, continuously communicate with customers, and aim for brand establishment and market share expansion.
- Develop business and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Directs the digital agency in developing and execution the digital component of launch campaigns to maximize awareness and bring in salon traffic.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Upper intermediate level of English or Japanese.
• Must have at least 2-4 years of marketing/brand experience in FMCG/ Beauty/ professional hair/ salon industry ideal
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills from idea through to execution
• Team player, proactive, self-motivated

Advantage:
