JOB DETAIL

1.Own the architecture, performance, and reliability of the Sasom React Native app.
Drive adoption of React Native New Architecture, Expo, and best practices across the team.
Define coding standards, conventions, and reusable patterns.
Lead technical design discussions and propose scalable solutions.

2.Work jointly with Buyer, Seller, Live/Video, and Internal squads to ship features on time.
Build features across navigation, deep linking, state management, analytics events, push notifications, and UI/UX components.
Communicate dependencies with backend and platform teams.

3.Represent the mobile chapter in squad cycles (Shape Up model).
Guide app engineers assigned to squads and ensure output meets quality and architectural standards.
Translate product requirements into mobile-specific technical tasks.

4.Mentor and coach mid/junior mobile engineers.
Build a healthy engineering culture based on feedback, learning, and consistent delivery.
Help with hiring: interviewing, technical challenges, leveling decisions.

5.Champion high accountability across mobile features—from design to production.
Debug and resolve critical issues in production quickly.
Push continuous improvement in architecture, performance, and user experience.

6.Perform rigorous code reviews with a focus on maintainability & scalability.
Own CI/CD health, app stability, crash analytics, and performance metrics.
Ensure A/B test readiness, analytics tagging, and production readiness.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering (preferred).

4+ years of experience in mobile application development (React Native).

Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and mobile app architecture.

Experience with production mobile apps, performance optimization, and debugging.

Familiar with CI/CD, Git, and code review processes.

Able to read English fluently; detail-oriented, fast learner, and up to date with modern technology.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
