JOB DETAIL
- Lead and manage the marketing team including KOLs and Marketing functions.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop creative campaign mechanics to continuously drive engagement and brand interest.
- Manage budget allocation, cost control, and ensure projects are delivered within timeline and scope.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operation, Sales) to align marketing initiatives.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries
Strong understanding of 360° marketing, covering online, offline, PR, influencer, and partnership activation
Excellent skills in creative thinking, project management, and campaign execution
Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar tools
Leadership ability with a team-oriented and result-driven mindset
Passionate about fashion, and lifestyle culture
Good communication skills in both Thai and English
