1. Quality Assurance and Control:
• Ensure that product quality consistently meets both internal and customer requirements.
• Conduct incoming and final inspections of products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
2. Customer Communication and Manufacturing Process Support:
• Serve as a technical liaison to customers, providing expert guidance on the proper application and usage of fasteners in their manufacturing processes.
• Conduct thorough inspections and analyses to ensure the integration of fasteners aligns with customer operational requirements.
• Evaluate and audit supplier processes, including production, inspection, and quality control, to identify and mitigate risks that may impact product usability.
• Develop comprehensive reports and corrective action plans to address and resolve supplier-related quality concerns.
• Propose and implement process improvements to minimize defects and enhance production efficiency.
3. Supplier Quality Management:
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team and suppliers to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Support supplier evaluations and actively monitor their quality performance.
• Address quality-related issues with suppliers and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.
4. Document Control and Compliance:
• Maintain certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality management systems.
• Prepare, review, and update quality documentation, procedures, and policies to ensure alignment with industry and organizational standards.
 
5. Customer Support:
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Partner with the sales and engineering teams to deliver technical support on quality-related matters for customers.
6. Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Analyze data to identify trends and collaborate on the development and implementation of improvement plans.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field).
o 3-5 years of experience in an engineering, application support, or technical sales role.
o Experience in fastening, joining technologies, automation, and industrial assembly processes is preferred.
• Technical Skills
o Strong understanding of fasteners, joining techniques, adhesives, welding, and automated assembly.
o Knowledge of mechanical properties, material science, and product design principles.
o Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
o Familiarity with assembly automation, robotic fastening, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
o Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems.
• Language & Communication Skills
o Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
o Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Soft Skills
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
o Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing solutions.
o Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)
o Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management certifications (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) are a plus.
• Work & Travel Requirements
o Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site technical support and process improvement evaluations (up to 35% travel).
o Comfortable working in office, manufacturing, and customer production environments.
