Business: Injection Plastics/Manufacturing
Number of Subordinates: 1-2 Engineer Staff

- Assist customers with initial construction start meeting, production engineering examination, product quality, actual vehicle matching meeting, etc.
- Handle basic quality control.
- Responsible for start-up project (Newly ordered parts) per client's inquiry.
- Handle arrangement of molds and jigs.
- Handle maintenance of production process.
- Handle initial quality management/PPAP creation
- Engineering department and quality control department management
- Give guidance/advice to subordinate on technical skills as needed.
- Verify 3D data of product, examine mold feasibility, detect product's concerns/issues, examine productivity.
- Response on emergency matters when mold is damaged.
- Reflect and instruct mold specifications of new mold, etc.
- Calculate mold cost for new parts and product unit price.
- Give instructions for mold correction due to mold defects and product defects during automobile parts' development stage.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
- More than 3 years of work experience as Technical Engineer from plastic & acutomotive manufacturing industry (Tier1 ,Tier2,Tier3).
- Proven knowledge of plastic molding technology.
- Proven ability to start-up new parts/new project (Automotive Plastic Parts).
- Proven knowledge of PPAP, ISO9001, 14001, *IATF16949.
- Good understanding of automobile development process and understand the start-up work of new parts
- *Able to read drawing and SPEC Test.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Personal car and driver's license. (Company's car will be provided for visiting client purpose. If prefer to use personal car, travel allowance can be reimbursed depends on distance per km.)
- Able to work on some Saturdays (Depends on company's calender, 7 Saturdays in 2025)
