Looking for a Casting Engineer Department Manager to strengthen the team.

You will oversee technical management of die casting operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, improving quality, implementing defect countermeasures.

Job descriptions:
1. Oversee Technical Management
- Manage the technical aspects of the die-casting manufacturing process.
- Set and adjust die-casting process conditions, including temperature, pressure, and cooling time.
- Conduct test runs and analyze results after mold design.

2. Analyze mold designs
-Evaluate mold designs and identify potential issues (e.g., strength analysis, aluminum leakage prevention, and flow analysis).
-Conduct trial runs after sample production and optimize casting conditions.

3. Design modification & Improvement
-Modify and improve mold designs to enhance product quality and performance.
-Determine the optimal shape, structure, and specifications of products.

4. Respond to customer as a Die-casting Engineer
-Attend client meetings to review requirements, specifications, and drawings.
-Serve as the point of contact for customers, regarding product-related issues.

5. Ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards
-Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain production standards.
-Support internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Team management
-Manage approximately 15 members in the team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience in die-cast mold design (Ideally in automotive industry but can apply if you are from other industries)
- Experience in setting and adjusting die-casting process conditions (temperature, pressure, cooling time, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in quality management and process control under IATF16949
- Client-facing experience, including technical discussions, specification adjustments, and presentations
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
