■General
Quality Assurance Manager oversees QA for wire springs, flat springs, and new products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, ISO standards, and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.

■Key Responsibilities
・Oversee critical quality control processes
・Manage customer quality standards and follow-up
・Improve QA workflows and processes
・Coordinate with HQ on quality systems
・Support and guide QA team
・Achieve corporate and department KPIs
・Lead customer, third-party, and vendor audits

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・10+ years of experience in QA or QC or Both, including 3+ years as Manager level
・5+ years of experience in Automotive Industry
・3+ years Experience in Multinational Company
・English Intermediate level

■Better to have*Big Advantage
・Experience in designing and running quality training programs
・Certified Trainer or equivalent experience
・In-depth knowledge of ISO systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, IATF16949)
・Capability to manage customer requirements and audit processes
・Strong quality management system implementation and improvement capability
・Ability to lead and develop QA teams
・Effective communication and coordination with HQ and cross-functional teams
