【Main Duty】
Operation and maintenance support for exposure equipment, etc.
Working 2 locations
・304 Industrial Park 【Client Site】
・Bang na tani Tower 【Office】
※Half live at the client site and half work in the office during the year
When you go to the client site, you will receive a Business Trip Allowance and hotel reimbursement.

【Job Description】
・Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshooting requests, providing appropriate solutions.
・Product Maintenance & Repair: Perform maintenance tasks such as repairs and part replacements when malfunctions or issues arise.
・Technical Training: Offer training to customers and other staff on product and software operation, as well as maintenance procedures.
・Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and requests from customers, using them as references for product improvement and new product development.
・Business Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and development teams, sharing customer requests and market trends.
・Quality Control: Monitor product performance and quality at the customer's site, proposing corrective actions and improvements when issues arise.
・Inventory Management: Manage stock of necessary parts and tools, ordering as needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
・Age between 25 - 35 years old
・Male only
・More than 3 years of working experience in Sales Engineer or Engineer (electronic machine or background in PCB or Wafer Industry）
・Need a driver license and a private car.
・Intermediate level in English.（TOEIC 700 UP）
・No Job hopper
