- Oversee purchasing system both of direct, in-direct material since sourcing until stock management.
- Sourcing vendors/products with competitive prices, while maintaining better or comparable quality and services.
- Lead the development and execution of effective purchasing strategies.
- Effective the procurement management.
- Manage and make forecast purchasing pricing and amount, budget control and analysis and cost down acidity.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with selected vendors.
- Verify and authorize procurement orders. Ensure products/services to be ordered/received are in accordance with the user requirements and within a reasonable budget.
- Coach and monitor the purchasing team to align with policy, process and procedure of the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s Degree and above in engineering or related fields.
- Able to understand the drawing, dimensions.
- Experience in Purchasing / Procurement (Full loop - Sourcing, Buyer etc.) at least 5 years in Automotive Parts Manufacturing..
- Experience to Purchasing team management at least 2 years.
- Strong negotiation & collaboration skills and continuously looking for commercial opportunities.
- Good communication in English (If have TOEIC score 550 is an advantage).
