JOB DETAIL

1. Recruitment:
◦ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for employees at the bachelor's degree level or higher.
◦ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
◦ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
2. Payroll Management:
◦ Oversee the monthly payroll process for employees at the Chachoengsao factory.
◦ Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
◦ Handle time attendance systems to ensure proper record-keeping and reporting.
3. Provident Fund Management:
◦ Administer provident fund enrollments, withdrawals, and updates in compliance with company policies and regulations.
◦ Act as a point of contact for employees regarding provident fund-related queries.
4. Other Payroll-Related Tasks:
◦ Prepare and submit required reports for statutory compliance (e.g., social security, personal income tax).
◦ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies.
◦ Support audits and inspections related to payroll and benefits.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

◦ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
◦ Proven experience in recruitment and payroll management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
◦ Proficiency in payroll software and time attendance systems.
◦ Strong knowledge of labor laws and provident fund regulations.
◦ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
