【Main Duty】
・There is an in-house Japanese study class.
・Provide Japanese language for JLPT N5 to N4 level and prepare lesson materials to Thai staff
・Provide Thai language each curriculum for Japanese staff.
・Provide Japanese language and Japanese culture to sales/technical staff.
・Technical document creation and engineering support to technical staff.

【Job Description】
・Plan and Follow Up on Japanese Exam Preparation
Develop lesson plans to help employees pass Japanese language exams and monitor their progress.
・Teach Practical Business Japanese
Focus on teaching Japanese skills that employees can directly apply to their work.
・Provide Guidance on Japanese Corporate Culture
Teach Japanese corporate culture and business etiquette to ensure smooth collaboration in a Japanese work environment.
・Set Individual Learning Goals and Track Progress
Establish personalized learning goals based on employees' Japanese proficiency and manage their achievement.
・Create and Customize Japanese Learning Materials
Develop tailored training materials and resources to meet employees’ specific learning needs.
・Design and Manage In-House Japanese Language Programs
Promote Japanese language learning within the company through well-structured programs.
・Offer Feedback and Support Motivation
Provide constructive feedback on progress and support employees in maintaining motivation to improve their skills.
・Organize Japanese Skill Enhancement Events
Plan and conduct events or workshops aimed at improving employees’ Japanese language abilities.
・Facilitate Communication in a Multicultural Environment
Act as a language bridge between Thai and Japanese staff to ensure smooth communication.
・Record and Report Employees’ Japanese Language Progress
Keep track of employees’ learning achievements and report updates to managers or relevant departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor degree or higher in Japanese Language Education or related field
・Only Thai Japanese half
・More than 3 years of experience in Japanese teacher to foreigner
・Age between 30 – 40 years old
・Native Japanese language skills
・Intermediate Level of English

At least one of the following qualifications
1.Acquired Japanese education related degree
2.Completed Japanese teacher training program (420 hours)
3.Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test
