We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Interpreter to join our Sales Department. This position will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and language support to the Sales team and GM.
• Prepare quotations and various sales-related documents to support sales members. Summarize marketing data and sales activity reports.
• Control delivery schedules and manage spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate import activities, including communication with shipping agents for spare parts.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and liaise with factories regarding plant-related matters.
• Issue billing documents & invoices and follow up on payments.
• Handle accounts payable to suppliers and factories.
• Support the sales team and coordinate with other divisions as required by the General Manager.
• Perform interpreting duties in various internal and external meetings; prepare meeting minutes.
• Translate documents between Thai, Japanese, and English as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or interpreter-related functions.
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or above).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
