JOB DETAIL

• Plan and execute marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and sales
promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall event quality
• Oversee on-site operations from setup to dismantling
• Prepare post-event reports including KPIs, leads, brand exposure, and performance analysis for
improvement
• Manage and control marketing materials and equipment (booths, backdrops, roll-ups, displays, mockups,
and product samples)
• Handle sales support materials such as brochures, leaflets, catalogues, premiums, and giveaways
• Prepare PR documents, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and expense reports
• Provide support to sales and marketing teams in offline activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field but Engineering (preferred)
Open to new graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage
• Internship experience or academic projects related to the responsibilities will be considered a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in Event, Exhibition, or Offline Marketing
• Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
• Able to work on-site and travel upcountry when required
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
• English is in Intermediate level
