JOB DETAIL

-Provide assistance and resolve issues related to the use of hardware, software, networks, servers, CCTV systems, and other peripheral devices such as computers, printers, monitors, and UPS devices.
-Install, back up, recover data, and install relevant programs such as Windows, antivirus software, Microsoft Office, network systems, LAN, and security systems like CCTV.
-Inspect, test, and troubleshoot issues with computers, including hardware, software, peripheral devices, networks, email, and internet, to ensure all systems are operational.
-Maintain and repair IT-related equipment, including computers, network systems, internet, telephone systems, CCTV systems, and other related devices according to the set maintenance plan.
-Improve operations by coordinating, analyzing, and resolving errors in hardware, software, network, and server systems.
-Prepare various reports and records, such as service requests, device failure statistics, hardware and software issues, network problems, issue frequency, and asset inventory.
-Provide guidance and training to employees on IT usage, answering queries, and offering basic troubleshooting within the organization.
-Support the management of the department by reporting and offering suggestions for process improvements and overall management.
-Research and recommend appropriate software and tools for various business processes.
-Conduct training sessions for users on newly implemented software or tools.
-Document issues and create user-friendly guides and FAQs.
-Ensure all systems and applications operate smoothly with minimal downtime.
-Manage service requests and ensure prompt issue resolution.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computers, and IT-related hardware.
-Expertise and skills in networking and infrastructure.
-Strong service mindset and customer service skills.
-Ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions.
-Experience with common business applications and software.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
