- Manage the overall plastic injection molding process for packaging parts such as pump heads, plastic tubes, oval jars, and caps.
- Supervise and plan daily production activities including machine operation, manpower allocation, and production scheduling.
- Monitor mold conditions, shot counts, and ensure machines are clean and ready for production.
- Control productivity, quality, and delivery to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Train and lead production staff to follow standard operation procedures and safety rules.
- Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Report production results and issues to management, propose improvement actions.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Strong knowledge in injection machine setting, mold maintenance, and production planning.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and develop subordinates.
- Japanese language ability is required (communication level).
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
