1.Strategic Support:
• Assist the CEO in analyzing market trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies.
2.Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare market research reports and competitor analysis for the CEO’s review.
3.Documentation and Communication:
• Prepare and organize documentation, briefings, and reports for meetings and decision-making processes.
• Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
4.Project Management:
• Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned by the CEO.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
5.Departmental Coordination:
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
• Ensure that key initiatives are aligned across teams to support organizational goals.
6.Financial Oversight:
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Provide insights on financial strategies and investment opportunities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
• Knowledge of Marketing, financial strategies, budgeting, and operational processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
