(Position Summary)
The Office manager is responsible for the management of regional office, including the training, demonstrating and supervising the subordinates for business expansion at each territory. This position is responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to the sales and to the customer for both hospital products and renal products.
As Office manager you must possess excellent management and mentoring skills. You must be an outstanding communicator that can resolve conflicts and issues. The goal is to develop the brand awareness of the company in the corresponding region and to accelerate the sales revenue.

(Job Descriptions)
• Be able to translate the company's new innovations (products, features, specs) to clinical value for the customer. Also, collect customer clinical needs and feedback and share these with product management.
• In collaboration with the sales team, the new business division and clinical team develop programs and materials to train the sales team as well as other internal customers on the operations, features, and clinical benefits of the company's hardware and software products.
• Train the sales team on the clinical value of our products and solutions. Educate the team on specific selling techniques through the creation of clinical value.
• Assist the sales team in customer negotiation meetings to be able to adequately represent the clinical value of the company's solutions versus competition.
• Introduce the company product line to customers through customer visits, exhibitions, workshops, etc.
• Provide information through presentations or other methods to customers so that the customers can understand the benefits of Company products.
• Provide product support to users either in person or by written or verbal means.
• Monitoring sales process to determine how much contributes to the sales for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

(Qualifications)
• Male or Female(Preferred), Age 35 - 45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from the Medical and Clinical field.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Working experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinical supervision or related field.
• Independent, self-motivated with a strong passion for customer services.
• Ability to work with various departments across regions with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Determined, and flexible with a great adaptability to changes and new ideas.
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and leadership skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
