Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented R&D professional to join our team in developing
innovative ice cream products and custom solutions for OEM clients. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in food science, a methodical approach to research and development, and the
ability to work systematically according to R&D standards.
Responsibilities:
• Research and develop new ice cream flavors, formulations, and product concepts in alignment
with market trends and customer demands.
• Customize ice cream products to meet specific client requirements in OEM projects.
• Conduct ingredient testing, product trials, and sensory evaluations to ensure quality, consistency,
and taste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to transition
products from concept to final production.
• Document and standardize formulas, processes, and procedures in accordance with R&D standards
and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to support continuous
improvement in product development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all R&D activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes and quality standards.
• Attention to detail, systematic approach to tasks, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
