1. Product Improvement
Operational Tasks:
-Research and verify technology and food characteristics for design purposes.
-Conduct research and product development in collaboration with supervisors.
-Monitor and execute product research and development according to the plan.
-Perform preliminary monitoring and verification (Lab scale, Pilot scale, Production scale) and record and summarize experimental results.
Documentation Tasks:
-Verify the accuracy of various specifications prepared by subordinates.
-Create and conduct preliminary checks on product, raw material, and packaging standards for Food Ingredients.
-Develop and review the cost structure for new products.
-Monitor and evaluate the results of sensory testing.
2. New Product

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female, age between 30-40 years.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Experience in research and product development.
-Strong leadership, management, and teamwork skills.
-Ability to apply knowledge of food production processes in product design and packaging.
-Knowledge and understanding of quality systems: GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001.
-Experience in processing finished products.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and product development.
