JOB DETAIL

Analyze and summarize system requirements (Requirements Gathering), design system workflows, and develop applications based on business needs.

Develop Web and Mobile Applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React.js, React Native, Node.js.

Work with various databases, including MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL / SQL Server (Relational Database).

Design solutions and system architecture suitable for the platform, considering user experience (UI/UX) for each project.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both frontend and backend, including configuration to ensure correct display and functionality.

Collaborate closely with backend teams and other departments to ensure high system efficiency and quality.

Design and develop scalable APIs, analyze system performance, and improve functionality.

Mentor and guide Junior Developers, including code review and quality assurance.

Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve systems, providing reports and updates to team leads or relevant stakeholders.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

Proven experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)

Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Node.js

Experience with Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server

Ability to design and develop REST APIs and scalable solutions

Knowledge of UI/UX design and system architecture

Experience in troubleshooting and debugging both frontend and backend issues

Ability to mentor junior developers and perform code reviews

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Git, Postman, Visual Studio Code is a plus
