Design and manage the refrigerant circuit system for multi air conditioners for buildings (VRF – both indoor and outdoor units).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Specification & Design:
o Define feasible product specs based on requests (e.g., target performance, operation temperature, size)
o Identify potential design risks and develop mitigation strategies
o Design refrigerant circuits, components (e.g., compressor, heat exchanger, solenoid valve, capillary), and evaluate parts suitability
2. Prototyping & Testing:
o Create product drawings and coordinate with vendors
o Test prototype parts and analyze results to provide feedback
3. Project Management (Cross-functional):
o Manage overall progress, schedules, and budgets of refrigerant circuit design projects
o Coordinate with multiple departments
o Set design policies and lead strategic initiatives
o Evaluate team performance, support staff development, and drive workflow improvements
4. Documentation:
o Create design documents, technical reports, and management-related documentation (mainly in English)
Manager Role Specifics:
Responsible for overall project management, team development, interdepartmental communication (including with executives), and strategic decision support. Not only technical leadership but also organizational and workflow improvement is expected.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Thai/ English: Business conversation, basic reading/writing (used for documentation) Japanese: Basic (used for communication with Japan HQ)
• Experience in air-conditioning systems and refrigerant circuit design
• Experience with VRF system design (indoor & outdoor units)
• Deep understanding of air-conditioning systems and refrigerant circuits
• Strong drawing inspection skills
• Self-driven, proactive in collecting necessary info and executing tasks
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities for younger staff
• Problem-solving and organizational management skills
Preferred (Better to Have):
• Experience designing refrigerant circuits for heat recovery models (multi air-con for buildings)
• Ability to communicate in Japanese (for communication with Japan HQ)
