JOB DETAIL
Develop and manage CRM strategies to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Analyze customer behavior using data from various sources (Customer Data Platform, Loyalty Program, Website, App, Call Center, etc.).
Utilize statistical and data analysis tools (such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze segmentation, retention, churn, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), CLV, and other related KPIs.
Design and map Customer Journeys and conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective communication methods.
Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to leverage data for designing precise and measurable campaigns.
Develop and maintain CRM platforms or Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.).
Prepare CRM campaign performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor and report marketing campaign performance using statistical insights to support decision-making.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, R, Python, or BI tools.
Strong understanding of Data Privacy laws (PDPA/GDPR) and ethical data usage.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM Tools or Marketing Automation Systems is a plus.
