- Sourcing the strategies
- Prepare and control strategies
- Research skills to discover profitable suppliers and work with vendors to secure the terms
- New supplier management and assist suppliers until starting new models
- Prepare risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Ser, Track, and Maintain budget
- Accomplishes strategic Procurement section human resources objective and target by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, organizing, improving, evaluating, and provide feedback to team members
- Manage and develop team by assessing individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective action as needed
- Enforces company policies, regulation and procedures, leading team to driving internal activities such as 5S/ Kaizen, DEI, Training, Digital Transformation and etc
- Monitoring of work progress and report urgent and important issue to management level
- Responsible for Invoice summary, Sales recording, transportation budget and result

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as an aptitude for reading the market
and more than 5 years of previous experience in Motorcycle or Automotive parts procurement or purchasing
- Be able to analyze the cost of a Motorcycle or Automotive part from Drawing
- Good Command of English and Japanese (with proven record) TOEIC score of more than 730, JLPT N3 up
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good computer literacy i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
