JOB DETAIL
          POSITION PURPOSE : 
- Able to develop and manages the company's brand plans and initiatives 
- Responsible for the overall execution of brand programming and positioning including promotions, pricing and merchandising 
- Works closely with Sales Managers, Upcountry Branch Managers, field salesman and on-premise promoters to assess market conditions, trends and identify opportunities to build and supports the brand 
- Communicates brand strategies and articulate programming initiatives to ensure alignment 
- Actively collect market intelligence including trade/consumer trends, competitive products/pricing/advertising and ethnic tastes 
- Responsible for implementing marketing programs consistent with agreed strategies and brand guidelines 
- Aware of opportunities and the effectiveness of brand programs throughout the channels of distribution 
- Oversees all programming including the development of brand calendars and creating the specific merchandising, promotional, special event and campaigns 
- Responsible for brand DBC, market spending and budget, develops the appropriate metrics to assess how 
effective the creative investment was
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achievement of DBC, share of market, accounts sold and other non-financial targets for the brand 
- Program adherence to brand equity guidelines, priority initiatives, legal compliance and administrative procedures 
- Favorable consumer and trade responses to programming and events 
- Utilization and prioritization of the Marketing budget to ensure program resources are allocated to support brand strategies and equity guidelines 
- Act as contact person with the principal for brand handled 
- Ongoing development and establishment of performance standards          
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
            - Thai male or female 
- BA University graduate in Marketing 
- Minimum 4 years related work experience (preferable with FMCG company) 
- Ability to prioritize and manage resources 
- Excellent communications in English and Thai (written/verbal skills) is a must 
- Good analytical, communication and presentation skills 
- Ability to implement actionable items from concept
