JOB DETAIL

- Provide and draft legal advice, comment, opinion in terms of legal issues, legal documents, interpret legal information and/or regulations.
- Serve as the contact between the company and government agencies(Food and Drug Administration , Consumer Protection Board ETC.)
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial.
- Prepare all applications and proceed for the registration in various matters such as; establishment of the company, increase of capital, change of director and shareholders etc.
- Review, check, and revise all kinds of contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Thai and English.
- Research matter of laws, regulations, past judicial decisions.
- Handle corporate legal works in fields of corporate law, investment law, labour law and immigration law.
- Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Thailand and overseas.
- Prepare Thai and English translations of contracts and any other legal documentations.
- Manage and prepare all requirement for the Board of Directors meeting and the extraordinary/ ordinary meeting of Shareholders, including drafting a notice and minutes.
- Other assignments as required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher.
-Experience professionals with corporate law/secretariat background 2-3 years.
-Strong communication skills, interpersonal, managemnt skills, knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects;
-Good command of written and spoken English.
-Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients.
-Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
-Strong work ethic, team player and positive attitude.
-Eager to learn new things and to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic international environment.
