【Job Description】
・Accounting and Tax Services
Bookkeeping services compliant with Thai regulations
Tax filing services (e.g., PND3, 53, 50, 51, PP30, PND90, 91, 93)
Payroll services including social insurance calculations and PND1 preparation
Communication with clients' Thai accounting managers
Reporting to directors in English on bookkeeping, tax filing, and payroll
・Financial Advisory Services
Financial and tax due diligence for M&A transactions
Company valuation services for M&A deals
Financial advisory support for M&A transactions (e.g., timeline management, arranging specialists, scheme proposals, negotiation advice)
・Additional Services
Other consulting services related to overseas business expansion
Preparation and management of internal documents
Handling company matters with government authorities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor degree from accounting-related （GPA 3.0 UP）
・Female Only
・Age between 27-32 years old
・More than 5 years of experience working in an accounting firm
・More than 3 years of experience in a Japanese accounting firm or Foreign accounting firm
・More than 3 years of bookkeeping experience
・Intermediate level of English　（TOEIC 700 UP）
・Must have CPD License
・No Job Hopper

※Need experience PND3, 53, 50, 51, PP30 for corporation and PND90, 91, 93 for expat
