- Provide legal support on corporate and M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
- Advise on business structuring, asset transactions, and land/property-related matters.
- Draft and review various commercial agreements, including those related to project development and investment.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for both local and international clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support project execution and client needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and corporate business law.
- Fluent in Business English (Strong Writing & Communication skills required).
- Understanding of Chinese business culture & ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
