JOB DETAIL

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company, maintaining the relationship with clients, ensuring the good customer services thru the sales of the liquid chemicals and the logistic service based on the global standard level of safety and effective operation of the liquid chemical tank terminal.
- Analyzing accounting, financial and other operational data to improve the profitability, productivity. Improving the quality of administration processes. Assuring the business ethics, the compliance to the related laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing the short to mid-term business planning to expand the business. Allocating and managing the budget resources. Contributing the Company to achieve the key KPIs and its business objectives.
- Collaborating with the group companies and regional offices. Generating reports and giving presentations to the stakeholders, the Board of Directors of the Company and/or the representatives of shareholders.
- Monitoring and Motivating staffs, giving trainings, coaching. Increasing the staffs’ productivity, motivating the staffs. Evaluating the performance and productivity of the staffs. HR planning.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 35 - 50 years old
- B0achelor's degree in BA or BS
- 5-7 years in professional sales/marketing, importation/exportation or related experience. Any experience within chemical industry, liquid commodity and/or physical commodity trade industry preferred. Proven success in those areas
- 5-7 years in leadership roles. Work experience with international business group, and/or representing such groups in Thailand are preferred.
- Speaking skills of both native level of Thai and business/native level of English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems (PC familiarity including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of the internet as a market research or business investigation)
- Travels 10-20% at average including Thai domestic and internationals
