JOB DETAIL
- Oversee the hiring and development of the Thailand sales team and drive sales strategy.
- Develop channel strategy and recruitment plans.
- Plan business operations to meet targets.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and explore new market opportunities.
- Analyze business plans and sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- Hire, train, and coach the sales team.
- Create strategic vision, objectives, and financial forecasts; manage the sales process and metrics.
- Develop global pricing and revenue strategies aligned with the business plan.
- Identify market trends and monitor industry competitors.
- Collaborate with the Thailand sales team to establish and execute channel and distribution strategies.
- Maintain key customer relationships and expand the customer base.
- Implement pricing policies, including discounts for major clients and partners.
- Manage sales of Credential Management, Strong Authentication, and Single Sign-On solutions through distributors in Thailand.
- Develop action plans with partners to exceed sales objectives.
- Work with distributors to nurture new business and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- male or female, age 43-48
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 10-15 years of IT software and/or services sales experience, with a proven track record in key account sales in the banking and financial services sector.
- Familiarity with solution consulting and software selling methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise security solution sales, specializing in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; experience in an MNC environment is preferred.
- At least 5 years of IT channel sales experience, ideally with an IAM background.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a robust network, especially at C-/EVP/FVP levels in major banks and the financial services sector to achieve sales targets.
