JOB DETAIL

• Track and manage overall project portfolio status.
• Define and develop business operation workflow and business improvement process/transformation to optimize operational efficiency and ensure implementation of new products/services.
• Manage and conduct project's tasks and activities, throughout project's life cycle, including business continuity plan and internal operation procedure.
• Analyze, forecast and monitor related reports of operation planning team.
• Develop other related documents to ensure alignment with all related stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned by head of operation planning.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Banking, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in banking operations and project related engagements.
• Strong experience in business transformation or business process re-engineering/business process improvement in Banking / Financial Service sectors.
• Knowledge of mainstream banking products.
• Understanding of banking business continuity management.
• Analytical, project management, planning and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Thai proficiency at business level or above) as well as presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and be able to work both independently within given guidelines or as part of a team
