• Part of Infrastructure team to gather/define and summarize IT requirement (infrastructure scope) with stake holder (both internal and external customer)
• Design the IT solutions to meet with the requirements
• Create proposal including all project managemet plan aspect for stake holder approval
• Part of the team in presenting our infrastructure service to stake holder
• Part of infrastructure team to execute the project according to the plan
• Responsible on tracking project work progress and support project member to execute according to timely manner
• Responsible on manage vendor and external contractor to provide support service to internal/external customer
• Act as a point of contact for customer relation during project exection.
• Act as upper tier IT resource for technical support internal/external parties
• Part of infrastructure team to review and optimize internal IT operation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's in IT or related field.
- Experience in working in IT system integrator field with the understanding of IT service operation
- Experience in IT presale and project plan organization
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT environments or servicing Data Centers.
- Strong knowledge in various OS environment including Linux, Windows and other appliance service (e.g. storage, firewall) / Strong knowledge in maintain various on-premise IT system.
- Strong knowledge in Cloud Platform management either SaaS and PaaS (focus on AWS, Azure, Microsoft and other platform is a plus)
- Strong knowledge in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure in multi-site model.
- Understand software development process or has experience in support infrastructure part of software development program
- Has experience in working or manage the external parties/contractor. Dealing with customer or stakeholders is advantage.
- Well communication in multi-international company environment (Thai-English as main language). Japanese will be advantage.
- Be able to travel and stay overnight to support customer project time to time (expense support by company)
- TOEIC score 650 up is preferred.
