JOB DETAIL

■Purpose：Provide technical support to existing customer, build-up new clients with existing products.
Communicate with internal stakeholders(R&D Department etc) to contribute better organization.

■Products：Chemical Produsts for Industrial Use(Adhesive, Resin, Plasticizer)

■Detail：

・Get information about client's demand
・Pick up ideal products from lineup, and provide solutions.
・Provide sample, Support Testing. Negotiation, and finalize the deal


・Providing and ensure that end users have workable knowledge and process on how to apply and use products properly.
・If client inquired about any problem, lead investigate customer issues, find out root cause
・And, provide solution to solve the problem


・Support R&D and sales teams for new product launch.
・Collect and understand customer requirements and provide feedback

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male only, Age 25-35 years old
・Graduated from Chemical-related faculty, or Science-related faculty
・At least 2 years experience in any field
・Driver License (Company will provide company car)
